ITSS.DLL crash on application exit

A few people (including me) have reported an issue with ITSS.DLL crashing
when an application using HTMLHelp is closed. The post is in an IE8 thread
so i thought it was worth posting here as well to see if anyone else was
experiencing the same issue.
