Access help is HTML

When I try to look at Help from Access 2007, all I see is HTML. This
hasn't always been so. What have I done?

Very odd. So what has changed on your system lately?
Try doing a repair of Office. Check that you have all the latest service
packs (using windows update).
Access help uses Help 2.0 same as MSDN and VS.
